Amanda Kranich
Connection and empowerment are emphasized in Amanda Kranich’s practice. People are all trying to do their best, and in the ebb and flow of life, struggle happens. Life has a positive and negative fluidity, and it can be difficult to navigate independently. Amanda wants to be part of your team to build the life of your design. Areas of focus include, and are not limited to, adjustment periods, stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, or C-PTSD. Amanda seeks to create a safe space for your growth and evolution!
Amanda Kranich, M.S., B.F.A., is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a background in the arts, education, and spirituality, providing individual counseling services. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Walden University. Therapeutic approaches integrated into her practice include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, artistic expression, feminist theory, narrative theory, and inner child work. Amanda is currently training in EMDR and continues to explore additional modalities to provide to her clients.
In addition to providing individual counseling for adults and adolescents 14+, she also offers a range of community events throughout the month, including EmpowHER Women’s Empowerment Book Club, Art Club with a Therapeutic Twist, and Reiki Circles. As an ethical practitioner and a member of the community, it is vital for Amanda to have community activities available and accessible to aid in healing or to help in the first steps along your journey.
Amanda is accepting new clients at a rate of $135 as a Register Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
