Therapy for children and adolescents

therapist Skyler

I believe in the power of authentic human connection. Together, we’ll nurture growth, creativity, and emotional wellbeing.

About Me

My name is Skyler, and I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling intern #IMH28028. I approach each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect. At the core of my practice is a person-centered philosophy, which means honoring your individuality and co-creating a space where you feel seen, safe, and empowered. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all journey, and together, we’ll shape the path that fits you best.

Approach

I offer a caring, collaborative relationship grounded in acceptance and advocacy. Whether in session or navigating challenges beyond the therapy room, I’m here to support your child’s growth at their own pace. I help young clients explore identity, navigate life changes, and build emotional resilience through creativity, self-expression, and supportive guidance.

Expertise

For children and adolescents, life can feel chaotic and uncertain. When the world gets overwhelming, emotional expression may be a challenge. My extensive experience and passionate involvement working with individuals with autism have shaped a deeply patient and empathetic approach. I prioritize creating an encouraging, inclusive space where children and families can thrive.
Skyler is accepting new clients at a service rate of $135 a session as a Register Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern IMH#28028.
