Meet Victoria

Life can be overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I’m a mental health therapist who has been supporting adults on their healing journeys since 2014 between Massachusetts and Florida.
With experience in various settings such as inpatient hospitalization, PHP/IOP, and outpatient settings. I offer a compassionate, welcoming space where you can explore reconnecting with yourself, build resilience, and skills to strengthen your ability to cope and thrive.

My Approach: Creative 

Through virtual therapy and expressive arts therapy, I integrate creativity and self-expression into the healing process, offering opportunities to explore emotions, gain insight, and foster meaningful change.

I encourage individuals to better understand their self, as a whole, through mindfulness and self-expression in the arts. These approaches assist clients to gain independence and self-confidence for managing even the most challenging life experiences.
