I am also clinically trained to utilize Social Thinking methodology. My extensive and varied educational background has afforded me an excellent perspective on understanding how academic and school issues impact a child’s well-being and an adult’s self-concept and success.
The focus of my practice for over 15 years has been children, adolescents, adults and families. It is especially important to develop and strengthen the parent-child relationship. Assisting children learn to feel more independent and successful is crucial for school age children. In addition, developing autonomy and learning to make good choices is important for adolescents. It is also critical for children, adolescents and adults to be able to navigate our social world successfully.
My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where you will feel comfortable exploring thoughts and feelings and developing your strengths to achieve your goals. Please contact me to begin treatment or with any questions.
