Needing an hour to connect with your body to find balance and relax? We offer Angelic Reiki monthly workshops to help with your mental health wellness journey.

Reiki is originally a Japanese practice introduced to America in the 1920s. It translates to rei, meaning "universal," and ki, meaning "energy." It is a practice that combines meditation, body scan, and receiving reiki. Spend an hour to slow down, connect with your breath, find balance, and connect with messages you may not have been aware you needed in your healing journey. All you need to do is bring a blanket or yoga mat to lie on.

Meet the facilitator: Amanda Kranich.

She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Walden University and is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern here at Florida Art Therapy Services. Amanda Kranich is certified as a Master Usui and Angelic Reiki II practitioner. Reiki in any format is not a replacement for formal mental or physical health care.

The cost is at a donation rate of $15-$50, per session.
