Parenting with Love & Logic©
Learn techniques which can enhance your ability to lead your children to maturity and responsibility while preserving your relationship with them and protecting everyone’s dignity. Parenting with Love and Logic will teach parents how to:
- Avoid non-winnable power-struggles and arguments
- Stay calm when your kids do incredibly upsetting things
- Set enforceable limits
- Avoid enabling while being empowering
- Help your kids learn from mistakes rather than repeating them
- Raise kids who are family members rather than dictators & much more!!
This workshop is for parents and caregivers of kids of any age on Saturday May 11th from 10:30AM-3PM and Saturday May 18th 10:30AM- 3:00PM. It will include lunch, workbooks for you to take home, and time for discussion. The workshops are facilitated by Monika Urbanska, MA, ATR-P, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern.
